HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS:
HR Generalist and Specialist Track

The role of the human resources professional is continually changing and new skills are required to meet the demands of today’s multi-generational workforce.  Most businesses require targeted skill sets within the HR function of the organization.  How you focus your HR education and training can help you differentiate yourself, set your course, and achieve your goals.

In addition to our traditional Human Resource Certificate Program we offer two tracks that will allow you to earn your Certificate in Human Resources as a generalist or specialist in a specific area. You can also take individual courses without declaring a certificate specialization. Whether you are a seasoned HR Professional or you are looking to transition to the HR field, Bryant’s Human Resources Certificate programs can help you develop the skills you need to be successful in your chosen area.

NEW TRACK: HR Generalist

HR generalists provide advice and assistance to the workforce and follow up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Generalists are typically responsible for development, implementation, and streamlining in the areas of staffing and orientation, compliance, payroll, employee benefits, labor relations, training, and employee development.

Classes in the Generalist Track will cover the conceptual, technical, and procedural knowledge and skills needed by the successful generalist practitioner. If you are interested in seeking a career as an HR generalist you are expected to complete three required core courses and three electives to compliment your role as a human resources generalist.

Core Courses: Complete all three.
