BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

The Executive Development Center’s business management courses offer an effective, skills-based tool kit that focuses on the key concepts, language, and analytical tools that are essential for effective management and decision making.

This fast-track program is designed to develop core competencies. It is targeted to individuals who may have been promoted because of their current job skills, but may lack formal training in the new management skills they need to achieve success. If you have a group of employees who need to improve their management skills, we can deliver this program at your desired location or we can host your program on the Bryant campus and tailor the courses to fit your business needs.

INDIVIDUAL COURSES OR CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

Enroll in the individual courses you need to develop specific skills, or complete seven courses to earn a Certificate in Business Management.
